I have to admit that once we decided to sell our much-loved home of 15 years, my wife and I weren’t looking forward to what we believed would be a real estate roller-coaster ride. However, we were very pleasantly surprised by Matt of Bricks & Mortar Real Estate. Matt, our lead agent, worked extremely hard in all aspects of our sale: presale advice (which he gave a lot of), conducting opens (including running several in our absence when we were out of town), providing regular updates including pricepoint and key feature feedback from potential buyers, getting offers (yes, there was more than one) and working hard to bring the offers up into our sweet spot, securing our sale (!!!) and continuing with his support and advice during the postsale period.
And while Matt worked extremely hard throughout the whole process, he was very generous with his time, never rushing us and never applying pressure – we always felt like we were in control. Above all, Matt’s level of communication (in both quality and frequency) with us was second to none – at no point were we left wondering what was going on in the process. He showed us much respect, listening and observing carefully, when we laid all our needs and desires on the table. As a team, Matt and Dave, delivered what we wanted and did it in a very respectful and professional manner. Well done!
